Subject of Services

walterostanekband provides cultural management services, organization of retro music concerts, international folklore festivals, and live performances for corporate receptions. It also ensures stage logistics, technical sound management, and promotion of traditional instruments (accordion, brass).

All services are provided based on a written contract, detailing the artistic package, involved equipment, deadlines, and costs. We do not engage in activities that exceed our declared technical or artistic competencies.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The client is obliged to provide accurate information about the venue, estimated number of participants, and specific technical requirements (power supply, machinery access, noise restrictions).

walterostanekband undertakes to comply with contractual specifications, ensure qualified personnel, and maintain equipment in working order. Any changes to the schedule or artistic package must be agreed in writing at least 7 days before the event.

Sound System Conditions

For events in ballrooms, we apply three essential logistical criteria:

• Uniform sound coverage capacity, without dead zones or disturbing echoes.
• Equipment portability and setup time, adapted to the strict corporate schedule.
• Compatibility with traditional instruments (brass, accordion) for faithful reproduction of mid and low frequencies.

Limitations of Liability

walterostanekband is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (extreme weather conditions, legal restrictions, local power grid failures). In the event of event cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, the advance payment is refunded, minus expenses already incurred (transport, accommodation, material purchases).

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the contract value. We do not accept liability for indirect losses, such as loss of revenue or client image.

Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days' written notice. In case of non-fulfillment of obligations by one party, the other party may terminate the contract immediately, without penalties.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms of use at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or on the walterostanekband.com website, at least 14 days before they take effect.
