01
What does "complete sound service" mean?
By "complete service" we mean the provision of audio equipment (speakers, microphones, mixers, cables), their installation on site, acoustic adjustment according to the specifics of the hall, and technical assistance throughout the event. We do not include equipment transport if the venue is located more than 50 km from our headquarters in Bucharest.
02
How is the sound coverage capacity determined?
The coverage capacity is calculated based on the hall's surface area, ceiling height, and construction materials (curtains, parquet, tapestries). For a 300 sqm ballroom, we recommend a system with a nominal power of at least 2000 W and speakers arranged in an arc to avoid echo.
03
What happens if traditional instruments (accordion, brass) are not heard correctly?
If, after the initial adjustment, the mid and low frequencies of the accordion or brass are distorted, we will adjust the equalizer parameters and, if necessary, reposition the microphones. If the problem persists due to the hall's acoustics, we will propose supplementing with monitoring speakers at no additional cost to the client.
04
What is the cancellation period for a sound system contract?
Cancellation can be made at least 7 working days before the event without penalties. In case of cancellation with less than 7 days' notice, 30% of the contract value will be retained to cover logistics and equipment reservation costs.
05
How is payment made and what are the deadlines?
Payment is made in two installments: 50% upon signing the contract and 50% 3 days before the event. We accept bank transfer, card, or cash. We do not offer invoicing after the event, except in cases agreed upon in writing.
06
What happens if the equipment breaks down during the event?
We have backup equipment (at least one set of speakers and a mixer) ready for quick replacement. If the fault cannot be fixed within a maximum of 30 minutes, you will receive a 20% discount on the contract value. We do not cover moral damages or loss of revenue caused by the interruption of the show.
